  I just want to say thank you so very much for the great job u did with my father-in-law George Kassick. It was a very hard time but you guys were there for each and everyone of us. You guys helped us so much and gave us the time we needed with our loved one I will be sure to pass it on how great u guys did. And another thing , you also did my brother in law funeral Shawn Kassick,and u did a great job on him as well and when u see your loved ones for the last time and they look as if they was just sleeping it's hard but makes you feel good that someone cares for ur family as much as you do

  Terrible. My family suffered a terrible tragedy and it was made very clear to me that all these people at Baker-Harris wanted was money. Had I not been there when my sister passed my family would not have even been told that a viewing was an option. As a matter of a fact, when I asked about it, the owner specifically said, "that's not an option" because he needed the money up front. (which is reasonable because it is a business) but here is where I found that they truly were money hungry: the moment he told me that it wasn't an option, I said, "well I have cash," he IMMEDIATELY went out to his vehicle and got me a pamphlet of price listings. However, he told my family that we had A HALF HOUR to decide what we wanted to do with my sister who had passed away tragically not long before the conversation took place. Thank goodness I was recommended Moskal & Kennedy Funeral home by another family member. They swooped in and made an incredibly difficult situation a little easier and saved us thousands of dollars (literally) for the same services. Normally I wouldn't advertise another business like this but I genuinely felt attacked by the owners of Baker-Harris and I know that had I not been in from out of town, they would have taken advantage of my family and my sister would not have gotten the beautiful funeral that she deserved because the option would not have been given by Baker-Harris at all.
